By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

  • 1. First come first serve. Upfront full payment. You can speak to me both in English and Spanish.

  • 2. No refunds policy once your commission has been started.

  • 3. Your commission can take from a week up to 1-3 month(s) for completion due to varying factors. I will notify you if any problems arise. Please be patient with me and plan your commission ahead.

  • 4. During the process, you will be asked to review your commission. You may ask for any necessary changes during early stages. Significant changes after the commission is fully finished will cost extra.

  • 5. Free personal use (icon, header, print, posting, etc) with credit. NO commercial, NFT or AI use is permitted.

  • 6. I maintain the rights to your commission. You may not claim ownership or intellectual rights to any drawing, as well as modify it.

  • 7. I maintain the right to decline &/or partially refund your request if necessary. Reasons may include: infringement of ToS, ill behaviour towards the artist, acknowledgement from the artist that the commission cannot be finished due to special circumstances, etc.
